Positive Deviance is a tool to identify uncommon practices that members of the community employ as a response to specific challenges - the challenge of malnutrition being one of them. This tool can help Anganwadi (Frontline) workers find local solutions to complex problems. Being from the community and local in nature, makes it easier for adoption and implementation. This film aims to introduce this 5 step PD process to the Anganwadi workers so that they can deploy this tool effectively.
