Andaman & Nicobar Island is the home to 6 indigenous communities who, over millenia of isolated existence has developed a unique material culture of their own. With increasing contact with the outside world, aspects of this culture is fast disappearing. This film is a conversation with various groups on the island on whether it is necessary to conserve these unique cultures and if so what would be an appropriate way of doing it.
