About

Visual Designer by training, natural history filmmaker and naturalist by passion and jack-of-all-communication design traits by requirement. My interests are varied and range from making documentary films for the likes of National Geographic to collecting matchboxes and rock samples. I am a graduate from National Institute of Design in Film & Video Communication and did my artist-in-residency in Multimedia Design from Fabrica, Italy. Currently working as an independent communication designer based in Mumbai, India my selection of projects ranges from natural history and wildlife films, photography projects, anthropological explorations, web and graphic design as well conservation of threatened species.

 

Some of the clients I have worked for are National Geographic, BBC, Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India, Ministry of Environment & Forest Govt. of India, Alliance Francaise, Farah Khan, Colors amongst others. View the Clients list to see a complete list.

 

I run Runaway Planet which specialises in making natural history documentaries. I am also co-founder of the environmental trust - The Ark Foundation - which uses communication design for conservation of threatened species.
